What is 'wellness' in 2022?
Practically speaking, COVID has thrown the idea of normalcy and any hint of predictability out the window. What have you done to maintain wellbeing? What has worked and what hasn't?

About the Event
Life and death are both unpredictable. We know this. And yet for a long time, core elements of life in North America have remained predictable enough for us to get comfortable. As a continent, we have had a general abundance of safety, wealth, and opportunity. But the pandemic has had an impact on every sphere of wellbeing: finances, relationships, spirituality. When something happens in life to throw us off balance, it can take some time and effort to recalibrate. And while the pandemic has influenced some more than others in different ways, it is undeniable that for many, finding balance and maintaining (or creating) a sense of wellbeing has required a lot more work than in the past. So what to do? We know that we could die at any time, but what do we do when we also see that so many other parts of life hang in the balance? We investigate models of wellness and assess what choices and behaviors work to help us find balance and what do not serve us at this time. Discussion will not focus on COVID and present day hardships, but rather how we cope with and even thrive in spite of them.
