About the Event
Regret is a complex emotion that can have tones of grief, sadness, guilt, and shame. When viewed through the lens of the end of life, it can have great utility. How might we learn from regrets that we have currently? How can we mitigate potential regret in the future by tending to relationships, taking advantage of a particular opportunity, or taking a chance on something you've always wanted to try? Research shows a connection between regreat and opportunity- would haves, could haves, and should haves. By investigating this aspect of regret, we might just find that we make different choices in our lives. Register for access to the Zoom link and links to (optional) resources.
